Bank Book
Bank book is the traditional passbook report required for the purpose of checking which payment we have received and from whom and to whom we have paid the money and the closing balance of our bank.
In SAP this type of report normally not available and it is very much required on a daily basis to check the bank balance: and daily transactions.

In SAP, such reports are not available on ready basis, so every time we need to take 3 GL and check.
Processing time of payment would be high due to manual check of balances, to reduce the same.
It is a very big benefit as the incidence of cheque bounce can be restricted and controlled with this report
1. In SAP there are 3 Bank GL are there i.e. Main, Incoming and Outgoing, we will take all the 3 GL accounts for a particular house bank and generate this report. Assumptions:
1. All the payments are being routed through the SAP Bank outgoing account only of a particular house bank
2. All the receipts are being routed through the SAP Bank Incoming account only of a particular house bank
3. Bank reconciliations being done on a regular basis by the accounts team
1 week for preparing the solution documents based on the understanding and sign off
2 weeks for Realization and Testing the solutions in the DEV and Quality system of SAP
1 week for moving the TR To Production system and generate bank book report in Production system
