CLIENT: We are using SAP system but not sure if it is being used properly or not, the fact is all my Financial and Costing related work and reports are prepared in Excel only.

CONSULTANT: No problem, sir, everywhere it is like this only.

CLIENT: Then why we spend so much in this.

Here we recommend going for a complete system study to understand the GAPs and missing SAP solutions and settings.

With SAP Finance and costing system there are standard features where we can generate complete MIS and PBT report through SAP only without any manual interventions. But many of our Finance team members are not willing to follow the SAP route and prefer to be in the Manual mode only.
